PROPERTIES OF THE MAIN INGREDIENTS OF ANTISTRESS COMPLEX

• Rhodiola rosea:which acts on both a mental and physical level,increases energy and muscular endurance. Useful to counteract depressive syndromes, mood swings, sexual dysfunctions, insomnia, apathy, fatigue and nervousness;

• Tulsi:also calledHoly Basil, is the anti-stress par excellence that acts onnervous systemwith strengthening and regenerating action;

• Schisandra chinensis:It has the ability to reduce the sense of fatigue and increase physical performance. It acts as a tonic on mental processes,strengthen concentration and memoryand freeing the person from stress.

• Oats:improves sleep as it is an excellentnatural sedative. Very useful for people subjected to heavy work loads;
