Chocolate in desserts always gives a lot of energy and happiness. A good chocolate cake always makes everyone happy.
Now that Easter is approaching with its chocolate eggs, it will certainly not be missing in our homes.
What to do with egg chocolate before it melts?
We offer you a dessert like chocolate pudding! Fresh and creamy, ideal for the first hot dishes to arrive.
Here are the few ingredients needed:
500 ml soy milk (or other vegetable milk)
65 g brown sugar
50 g dark chocolate
25 g bitter cocoa
15 g potato starch
½ teaspoon of agar agar (gelling agent)
1 pinch of vanilla powder
In a saucepan, pour the potato starch, cocoa, agar agar, vanilla and add a little milk enough to dissolve all the powders, mixing well with a wooden spoon. Then add the rest of the milk slowly, taking care to eliminate any lumps. Combine the brown sugar and coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
Put the saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring until the cream has thickened and reached a boil. At that point, continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into the pudding molds. Leave to cool at room temperature for about an hour and then put them in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Turn out the puddings on a saucer and serve, accompanying them with good seasonal fruit such as delicious and fragrant strawberries.
Enjoy your meal!
