5 DIY HAIR MASKS

Hair masks are a beauty treatment to be given at least once a week to dedicate time to yourself.

Each hair has its needs and its characteristics , learning to listen and know each other is essential to regain well-being.

Let's see together, some treatments to pamper skin and hair:

For a scalp with imperfections or that produces a lot of sebum , you can opt for a few drops of Neem Oil to be diluted with another carrier oil (eg Tea Tree ) and massage with circular movements, before the Shampoo .

You can use:

  • Aloe vera

Aloe with soothing and emollient properties is ideal for inflamed or unsightly scalp .

A walnut of gel will be enough to enjoy the wonderful properties of this plant. Then, apply the Aloe gel an hour before your Shampoo .

  • Honey & Olive Oil

Honey boasts moisturizing and regenerating properties, very useful for dry , frizzy and dull hair.

For a super moisturizing mask , use three tablespoons of olive oil and two tablespoons of honey.

Apply the mixture on all lengths, staying away from the skin, and leave on for about an hour.

  • Bicarbonate, Aloe & Lemon

For a purifying and astringent mask , but still delicate and respectful of the skin.

Squeeze a lemon then add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and 2 tablespoons of baking soda . Add the hot water to the mixture, until you get a homogeneous and pasty consistency .

After mixing, let it cool and proceed with the Shampoo .

  • Coconut oil

Coconut Oil offers extreme hydration and nourishment to the hair, which is why it is inserted into the Conditioner .

At room temperature the oil is in a solid state, to facilitate its application you can dissolve the product in a saucepan over low heat, let it cool and proceed with the application.
