Physical fatigue is a condition characterized by an excessive feeling of tiredness, often accompanied by a sense of widespread weakness of the whole body.
It is a rather common condition, which in the most serious cases translates into real fatigue. The discomfort mainly affects the muscles, and can occur both due to an unregulated diet , which does not provide an adequate energy, vitamin and mineral supply compared to one's needs, and due to intense physical exertion.
