Here we illustrate the full body workout:
- exercise 1- 30-second crunch twist, rotate your back right and left well
- exercise 2- plank + leg raise 30 seconds, your back straight while doing the exercise, tighten your buttocks and abdominals well.
- exercise 3 - burpees + push-ups 30 seconds
- exercise 4 - squat jump 30 seconds (if the exercise is too strenuous, avoid the jump)
