From a nutritional point of view, banana is an excellent source of easily assimilated energy (a 200g banana provides about 130 kcal and over 30g of carbohydrates). It is famous for its high quantity of potassium useful for fighting hypertension, counteracting the onset of fatigue and preventing muscle cramps. Thanks to its tryptophan content, which is converted by the body into serotonin (the good mood hormone), this fruit also boasts mild antidepressant properties.

- 1 ripe banana
- 30 g of shelled almonds
- 1 pot of vegetable yogurt (125 ml)
- A handful of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of chopped flax seeds
- 250 ml of almond milk
Put all the ingredients into a powerful blender. Then pour the contents into a glass and decorate with almonds on the surface.
