INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 g of shelled almonds
- 1 pot of vegetable yogurt (125 ml)
- A handful of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of chopped flax seeds
- 250 ml of almond milk
METHOD
Put all the ingredients into a powerful blender. Then pour the contents into a glass and decorate with almonds on the surface.
