Venere rice with avocado, papaya and salmon is a fresh, summery and very healthy dish. For those who do not like fish, we recommend replacing it with chicken or other fruit of your choice.
- 200 gr. of black rice
- 100 gr. of smoked salmon
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 papaya
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- As a first step, boil the black rice. Drain it as soon as it is cooked, season it with oil and salt and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, wash and dice the avocado and papaya pulp and sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
- Cut the salmon into cubes, add salt to taste and season with extra virgin olive oil.
- Finally, mix all the fruit cubes together with the rice and salmon. Leave a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
The advice: add a handful of chopped pistachios!
