Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon of coriander seeds

  • 2 pieces of cloves

  • 1 piece of cinnamon

  • 4 peppercorns

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds

Method:

Put all the spices in a mortar and reduce them to a fine powder, mix the resulting powder with the turmeric .

We recommend the Integrated Turmeric Powder , composed of turmeric and black pepper to enhance the action of turmeric and increase its effectiveness.
