Reverse Crunch - is an exercise aimed at stimulating the contraction of the rectus abdominis muscle.
Boat Crunch - This exercise involves the rectus abdominis and oblique muscles. It can be done either with your arms at your sides or raised above your head - but it's more strenuous.
Frog Crunch - s Lie on the ground on your stomach, back supported, knees bent and turned outward, inner part of the feet touching. The arms are at the sides.
Bird Dogs - bodyweight exercise that educates the body to stabilize the lumbar vertebrae during those movements that simultaneously affect the upper and lower parts of the body.
