This week we train the arms!
Flabby arms? This is often the case, especially for us women! Here are all exercises and tips for firm your arms and tone them up in no time.
It will take a little time and a lot of will!
Let's firm them up as much as we can with this 30 "work circuit and 15" minute break between one exercise and another, to be repeated 4 times with 60 "recovery between one lap and the next.
1. Over head lying on your stomach

4. Bench Dips
