CARDIO WORKOUT BURNS FAT!

This week we are dedicated to cardio, that is, both those exercises aimed at losing excess fat and preparing ourselves as best as possible for the costume fitting!

These are 2 circuits to be done both for 3 minutes (without recovering between one exercise and another)

First Circuit for 3 minutes in a row:


1. Corset in place
2. High skip (consists of a noticeable lift of the knees compared to the ordinary movement, for this reason it is often referred to as a "high knee run")

Rest for 1/2 minutes before starting the second circuit .

Second Circuit for 3 minutes in a row:


1. Jumping Jack, (a major physical jump involving the arms and legs)
2. Burpees (high intensity fat burning exercises)
