Lavender essential oil, to promote muscle relaxation.

Ingredients

Magnesium Dermal Spray: Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, sodium benzoate, lavandula angustifolia oil, potassium sorbate, linalool, glutathione, pyridoxine hcl, d-limonene, geraniol.

Lavender essential oil: Lavandula Angustifolia Leaf Oil, linalool, limonene, geraniol, citronellon, coumarin.
How to use

Collect 4 sprays of Dermal Magnesium Chloride in a small bowl and add 4 to 10 drops (depending on the size of the area) of lavender essential oil, at least 3 times a day, rub lightly and leave to absorb.

It is advisable to spray it on the back, neck, knees or other parts of the body, avoiding the mucous membranes.
