THE PLANT, CITRUS LIMON
The lemon plant was introduced to Europe by the Arabs in the 11th century but in reality it is a tree native to northern India. It belongs to the Rutaceae family and today it is known and appreciated by everyone both as an ornamental plant and for the wonderful fruits it gives us, lemons.

The essential oil is obtained from the peel and its main components are limonene, gamma-terpinene, alpha-pinene, geraniale, neral and myrcene.

How to use

It is a cosmetic for external use, which has various applications:

With essence diffuser: dilute 2-3 drops in a little water. The inhaled aroma benefits the mind and body.
Bath and Foot Baths: it is recommended to add 4-5 drops to the water in the bath or for a foot bath.
Massages and rubs: 4-5 drops diluted in almond oil or added to another carrier oil suitable for massages.
