THE PLANT
It is a plant native to Australia where the Aboriginal populations considered it a panacea. It is currently cultivated in various countries with a warm climate, in Italy for example we can find it in the Mediterranean areas.

Eucalyptus belongs to the Mirtaceae family.

Eucalyptus essential oil is obtained from its leaves and its main components are 1-8-cineole, d-alpha-pinene, terpineol, isoborneol and globulol.

How to use

It is a cosmetic for external use, which has various applications:

With essence diffuser: dilute 2-3 drops in a little water. The inhaled aroma benefits the mind and body.
Bath and Foot Baths: it is recommended to add 4-5 drops to the water in the bath or for a foot bath.
Massages and rubs: 4-5 drops diluted in almond oil or added to another carrier oil suitable for massages.

It is particularly recommended in the evening for anti-fatigue leg massages.
