THE PLANT, CYMBOPOGON NARDUS
Lemongrass is an evergreen plant of the Graminaceae family, native to Asian countries. It looks like a thick bush with dark green, almost blue leaves.

Its strongly aromatic scent makes it mainly known for repelling insects. What makes it particularly unpleasant for mosquitoes is the presence of citronellol and geraniol.

How to use

It is a cosmetic for external use, which has various applications:

With essence diffuser: dilute 2-3 drops in a little water. The inhaled aroma benefits the mind and body.
Bath and Foot Baths: it is recommended to add 4-5 drops to the water in the bath or for a foot bath.
Massages and rubs: 4-5 drops diluted in almond oil or added to another carrier oil suitable for massages.
