It is a cosmetic for external use , which has several applications:
- With essence diffuser: dilute 2-3 drops in a little water. The inhaled aroma benefits the mind and body.
- Bath and Foot Baths: it is recommended to add 4-5 drops to the water in the bath or for a foot bath.
- Massages and frictions : 4-5 drops diluted in almond oil or added to another carrier oil suitable for massages.
