Description

It is a powdered food supplement based on pure Magnesium Chloride: a white powder with a salty and slightly bitter flavour.

Magnesium chloride powder

It does not contain gluten or lactose.
How to use

Take 3750 mg (equal to a scant scoop) per day with water.

For the bath: pour 6-7 tablespoons into a tub of warm water.
For the foot bath: pour 4 tablespoons into a basin of warm water and soak your feet for at least 10-15 minutes.

Packaging: Use for approximately 1 and a half months.

    Sto usando il vostro magnesio cloruro in polvere da circa 2 mesi e posso dire che è molto efficace rispetto ad altri tipi di magnesio che ho provato da anni.
