How to use

Take 3750 mg (equal to a scant scoop) per day with water.

For the bath: pour 6-7 tablespoons into a tub of warm water.
For the foot bath: pour 4 tablespoons into a basin of warm water and soak your feet for at least 10-15 minutes.

Packaging: Use for approximately 1 and a half months.
