The Devil's Claw belongs to the Pedaliaceae family and is native to the Kalahari desert and was introduced into Europe in 1953.

Its name is due to the animals that, walking on the claw-like protrusions of the roots, injure themselves and start jumping like possessed people.

PROPERTIES OF THE DEVIL'S CLAW

The virtues ofDevil's clawcan be traced back to its active ingredients, the Harpagosides, contained in the roots of the plant.
Their effectivenessantirheumaticAndanti-inflammatoryis comparable to that of synthetic anti-inflammatories, they help reduce the presence ofcortisone used for the treatment of rheumatism.

Productsuitable for vegans.
The productdoes not contain lactose and milk derivatives.
Do not take Devil's Claw during therapy withanticoagulant drugs.
Do not use in case ofgastric or duodenal ulcer. It is not recommended in the presence ofgallstonesas it can increase bile production.
It is not recommended to take it simultaneously withNSAIDs and cortisone drugs.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have particular ailments or are taking medications, consult your doctor before use.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed recommended daily doses. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
