- unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 bananas
- 1 pinch of peeled fresh ginger
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
Cut the bananas into slices, add them to the coconut milk and ginger and blend everything until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Finally add the cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom to taste.
