YOU WILL NEED:
- 4 tablespoons of rolled oats;
- 60 ml of apple juice;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- plain yogurt
- 1 apple.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR BREAKFASTSoak the oat flakes in apple and lemon juice overnight. In the morning mix with the same amount of yogurt. Grate the apple at the last moment and mix well.
This alkaline recipe will give you the energy you need throughout the day and will help you defeat the annoying spring fatigue.
