Cellulite is perhaps one of the most common imperfections that affects women the most.

As already said and anticipated many times, there is no magic pill or a dark secret to permanently combat cellulite, but small precautions to be taken to reduce it, fortunately yes.

The key is the right balance between: diet , sports and treatments .

Cosmetic treatments and the integration of the right active ingredients can really make a difference and facilitate the process of eliminating liquids and fat deposits , the key word in this case is: constancy .

Why reduce salt?

Small tip: when you cook the pasta add the salt towards the end of cooking so that it is absorbed less.

Fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are the basis, in particular those rich in ascorbic acid , able to protect and strengthen the capillaries , the main examples are oranges , kiwis , cherries but also broccoli , spinach and lettuce .

Water must be inevitable, in fact hydration is one of the simplest and most effective solutions. So yes to herbal teas , teas and infusions , now that the heat arrives you can prepare your drink and let it cool in the refrigerator to enjoy it cold.

You can also opt for a smoothie, here are the ingredients:

  • 150 g of blueberry
  • 150 g of pineapple
  • 200 g of grapefruit
  • 150 g of raspberries
  • some ice cubes

Method

Clean and cut the pineapple, wash the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries and dry them gently.

Cut the pink grapefruit and remove the albedo, the bitter white film.
Combine all the fruit in the blender glass, along with some ice cubes (important to prevent the active ingredients from overheating).
To take full advantage of the properties of the active ingredients, it is advisable to immediately consume the anti-cellulite smoothie.
