  • 100 g of sprouts of your choice;
  • 50 g of melon;
  • 50 g of mango;
  • 50 g of pineapple;
  • Extra virgin olive oil;
  • Sunflower seeds to taste
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Basil to taste

Cut the carrots, fennel and celery into equal pieces. Put everything in a bowl and combine the sprouts of your choice, the melon, the mango and the pineapple. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, a handful of sunflower seeds, lime juice and a few basil leaves.
