There Boswellia Serrata is an important adjuvant of the physiological joint functioning.
It is a plant widespread mainly in the Maghreb region, in South-East Asia and in the Indian territory, it is a fundamental element of the Ayurvedic medicinal tradition.
Boswellia ( Boswellia serrata ) belongs to the family of Burseraceae .
Known plant with natural analgesic properties, it is useful for improving muscle aches , rheumatism , arthritis and arthrosis .

Take 3 capsules before breakfast and 3 capsules before lunch for 2 months. Then move on to maintenance which consists of taking a few doses per week.
