Also known as Chondruscrispusor Irish moss, theCarrighenaniit is an algae of marine origin precious for theintestinal well-being.
Its fronds are harvested by hand towards the end of summer, avoiding detaching the base of the plant anchored to the bottom, to allow its regrowth.
