ADVICE FOR USE:
Take 2 to 4 tablets a day with Alkavita Mag water in the morning, during the day, take 3 chewable Vitamin C tablets a day at approximately 4 hour intervals.
We recommend taking Echinostilla Propoli MAEF 1 or 2 times a day, as needed.
